12:17 PM: We are gathered here today to get through this thing called life
A few nights ago Prince put on one of the best award show performances I've ever seen at the Brit Awards in Liverpool. With Sheila E. back on drums, the band performed two new songs (Te Amo Corazon, Fury), along with Purple Rain and Let's Go Crazy at the end. The whole band's sounding great, and the new songs are surprisingly solid, better than anything from Musicology at least...maybe the purple wonder's back, maybe not. But maybe!
